  • What size are the print outs?

    We offer 5 × 7” Premium Prints as a standard size. More paper and size options are available when you inquire.

  • How much space do we need?

    We’ll need a space of approximately 12 feet by 12 feet. To ensure a smooth setup, we kindly request placement away from the dance floor and bar, as those tend to be high-traffic areas. Additionally, the space should include access to a power outlet.

  • How many prints do you receive?

    By default, each session includes 1 print per 2 guests, or 2–3 prints per group session.
    Digital-only sessions include unlimited captures, limited only by the booked time.
    Unlimited printing is available as an add-on.

    An online gallery will be delivered within two weeks.

  • How long does setup take?

    We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event to ensure everything is ready to go.

  • What makes a portrait photo booth different from a traditional photo booth?

    Unlike standard photo booths, our setup delivers studio-quality portraits with professional lighting, curated backdrops, and an experienced photographer and editor — giving your guests timeless, elegant keepsakes.

  • What happens if there are technical issues during the event?

    Our team is trained to quickly resolve any issues. In the rare case of major downtime, we’ll work with you to provide a fair resolution.
